After the cartel supposedly bombed the US Embassy in La Paz and brutally tortured and executed an undercover DEA agent named Ricky Sandoval, the CIA launched "Operation: Kingslayer", a top-secret revenge mission against the cartel, with the ultimate objective to neutralize its leader: El Sueño.
